High Intense Cardio meets Strength
Power 30 & Power 45 were designed with the fitness enthusiast in mind that wants to start their workout with an intense cardio session before finishing off with a strength session that attacks every muscle.
The goals of this class are to make the most of cardio and strength training without overusing muscles and creating muscle fatigue and to keep your heart rate elevated while burning fat and creating muscle.
During these 30 or 45 minute workouts you will come across Tabata, HIIT or AMRAP style workouts.
