Avenue is now offering Youth Training
Register your youth to train with one of Avenue’s Personal Trainers this summer during this 8 week session.
Each Youth will leave with an at-home training guide to continue that will include a breakdown of their individual program, safety measures to prevent injury along with nutrition guidance.
Whether sport specific or basic health getting your youth involved early on has been proven to decrease their chances of heart disease, diabetes and high blood pressure as well as other high risk health issues.
Tips for Youth Training

03 : Learn proper recovery after exercise
04 :Make time to practice with your youth
